Main Roadmap

Subclient suite (in the KB?)

Go from a brief to a designed pitch deck without leaving the platform, using the project's own references and your studio's style.

Let your client into pre-production: react to the moodboard, comment on scene concepts, approve a script — without a chain of emails and shared links.

An editable client portal in pre-production

An Obsidian-style graph of how your pages connect — hubs, clusters and orphans at a glance — so a growing knowledge base stays navigable.

A visual map of your Knowledge Base

Generic AI output is useless in a creative business. A Context profile for you and your studio — your voice, your style, your positioning — that threads through everything the AI writes, so a generated script or pitch sounds like you and not like a language model.

Creator Context — the AI writes in your voice

The Casting tab was the first step. The full version is a reusable talent library across your whole workspace — photos, roles, day rates, contact details and history — that you cast from instead of rebuilding per project.

A casting database with photos

You already record your client calls. The idea: a finished call becomes a draft project brief plus a short piece of research on the client, waiting for you when you get back to your desk.

Turn a call into a brief automatically

The long-term direction: every client and every project becomes a living knowledge surface that the AI keeps current — what this client cares about, how past projects went, what was said on the last call — instead of a static record you maintain by hand. This is the first phase of what we call the AI Companion. Vote if you want it sooner.

Intelligence tabs on clients and projects

I want to be able to give my assistant a task it executes every friday so it prompts me with a question on the details it needs to make the project for my new podcast episodes

Recurring tasks within the assistant

Build your own automations with a visual workflow builder: pick a trigger — a deliverable changes status, gets assigned to someone, or hits a due date — and chain the actions that should follow: create a task for the next person in line, update a project or deliverable field, send a notification, or leave an internal note for the team.Ready-made templates will cover the common hand-offs — automatically creating a task for the animator when an edit is ready, nudging overdue deliverables, or notifying your client the moment something is delivered — and you can always build a workflow from scratch.

Workflow automations — trigger-based rules for your projects

Help Center search built into the assistant, so a question about the product gets answered in the chat you are already in — no tab-switching, no hunting through docs.

Ask the assistant how something works

Schedule a whole project in one gesture: drag a shoot day onto the calendar and assign several people to it at once, rather than booking each person separately.

Drag a shoot day onto the planner

When a deliverable is assigned or moves to a new status, the work that follows should already be on someone's list. Rules that create the right tasks automatically, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Tasks that create themselves

See real availability instead of guessing at it — a shared company calendar overlay, your teammates' events alongside their planning, and per-calendar toggles so you only pull in the calendars that matter.

Your Google Calendar inside the planner

The sales dashboard already computes ROAS, cost per call, CAC and LTV/CAC — but you have to enter spend by hand. Connecting Meta directly means those numbers stay live without the manual step.

Ad spend that syncs itself

Get your team into the workspace while you are setting it up, instead of having to come back to it afterwards.

Invite teammates during onboarding

Paste a list of email addresses or upload a CSV instead of inviting people one at a time.We are also adding role-scoped invite links with an expiry date, so you can drop one link in a group chat and let people join themselves with the right permissions.

Invite your whole team at once

Most freelancers you work with will never log in — but you still need them on record. A roster to keep external freelancers with their day rates, mark favourites, and pull their cost straight into a project budget.

A roster for freelancers without accounts

The contentmaker app is heading to real devices. Call sheets, locations with one-tap directions, the shot list to tick off on set, scripts, the deliverables board and review actions — plus the assistant and your tasks as main tabs.We are working through the last pieces before it goes out to users.

Mobile app for iOS and Android

Select several deals at once and move them to another stage, tag them or archive them together — and move deals between your Leads and Deals pipelines without recreating them.

Bulk actions on deals

Logging time should not start from a blank form every time. The timer will suggest entries based on what you have recently worked on, so a repeat session is a click rather than a retype.
